Take the mailboat from Stonington, ME.  To avoid overlapping with departing quests and to allow us time to change over the rooms, Keeper's House guests arrive on the "late boat".  The departure times varies with the season.  There are no regular mailboats to the Keeper's House on Sunday or U.S. Postal holidays. Guests staying Saturday nights also stay Sunday nights. 

Please travel light.  You will have to carry your gear at several stages. Boat ramps can be very steep at low tides. During rough weather in the spring and fall, or at the captain's discretion, guests may be landed at the town landing with ground transportation provided to the Inn.

Boat fare is $16.00 per person each way, subject to change without notice.
